The older woman on the phone is always rude especially when I always mention it is my toddler that I am bringing in. She ALWAYS says the dentist does not take children although my child is a patient there and she does superbly well with seeing the dentist. I always have to explain that my child IS in fact a patient and she does not throw a fit! The dentist is quite nice.
