They were sweet an caring they help you get back on the right rack they let u relax ur mouth they give u lil tips to healthy teeth but......what made me a lil upset was the 1st time they put the cap on an gave me meds for the pain but i didn't get none this time an it 3xs worst
My son had an appointment setup for "Friday". A "date" was not given and I was told they would call me the day before to remind me. Today is the Friday he had the appointment. A reminder call was not given yesterday so I assumed his appointment was for Next Friday. There was a reminder call on my 'BUSINESS PHONE" voice mail reminding me of his apt at 7:48 (10 min) before his appointment. needed some work , dr lovely showed me on the xray what was causing my pain. he went to work, few hrs later he was done. didnt like getting a needle in my mouth, but i feel great now. i will be returning for more work.

I will not return to this office....ever! The dentist (Dr. Lovely) did not offer any information about what needed to happen regarding my dental work. When i asked questions he seemed to be quite annoyed. The receptionist/dental assistant was the only saving grace around my visit with them. The office was stark but i guess you get what you pay for. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was very disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough...the work done on my teeth are terrible..they crowns are to short..alot to short..they are ugly front porcielin teeth, and crooked....would ... read more
