Awful mold and roach problem.
Heyy everyone iam an international student went to see my friends room in apple court apartments .i used to have plans to stay with them but unfortunately i came to know they charge everyone unnecessary and even they didnt even respond correctly all the time .
Terrible place to live, property manager is never around and will try to illegally evict you at all cost. STAY AWAY!
Ive lived across the street from Apple court, for seven years now, and your property is arguably one of the trashiest apartment complexes in the downtown area. Your dumpster is always overflowing and that trash then litters other properties. Get a hold of this.
