Went to go look at a pre-owned Cadillac. When we arrived, there was MAJOR damage to the passenger side door that was not disclosed anywhere online, and also the price was different. When asked about this, we were told that the higher price was for if we wanted it repaired! Isn't that what the dealer's insurance is for??? Furthermore, they refused to negotiate a price if we wanted to leave the damage on. I'm not sure who's paying full price for a car that looks like it was backed into!
I live VERY close to another very large Chevrolet dealership but the customer service there has been nothing but awful. Switched to Apple and I’m THRILLED. The customer service was amazing AND Carl had my truck ready MUCH faster than we were told!

Always Great service from the salesman (Lou) the cashier (Winona) and the certified service rep (Chris) all was very helpful, exceptional and professional service. My family & I are definitely a loyal customers.
The worst service I have ever had from apple. My oil appointment was at 10:45, which, I sat outside for 20 mins waiting to get into service then another 25 mins to get called to the desk now its 11:25 and all andrew say our bad. Really no empathy for customers time at all or any real apology. The worst inconsiderate service I have ever experienced.
