Recommendedwe had Chris Burgos come and do our maintenance. He was very good, polite and cleaned out the whole unit. Very happy with him and Apple Air.
I highly recommend Apple AC! They truly stand behind their customers and always provide superior service. I replaced my AC unit with them and unlike most positive reviews the new unit had a problem. This is what sets my review apart from most. When things don’t go as expected, you can see what kind of a company you are truly dealing with. I loved our technician he was kind friendly and informative. We’ve had issues with the other air-conditioning people and I won’t use anybody but Apple air
Called for a quote and was told by Kelly to "find someone who cares you broke loser." NEVER have I been so rudely spoken to, and when I asked to speak to a manager she claimed she was, laughed and hung up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Contacting Apple Air’s service department after hours was easy. Their answering service is efficient and they contacted me promptly. Our tech, Billy, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will call them again if needed.
