Called up on Tuesday afternoon. They got a service tech out before 5 pm. Charles was very professional and toke the time to explain his actions in his assessment of my unit’s problem. He told me that my compressor was on it’s last legs. He made some repairs to prolong it. Charles was courteous, friendly, & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Apple Air.

Had Apple Air come out for maintenance on my units, which were working and cooling perfectly fine. Tech made multiple comments about replacing due to age. My ac unit stopped cooling the same evening the tech was out, after experiencing no issues before the appointment. Apple Air called twice after my appointment, to see if I wanted to schedule a sales meeting to get a new unit, due to the tech saying our unit was “old,” Not from us inquiring. We had an intermittent problem with our A/C which can be tough to troubleshoot. Apple A/C sent out a tech who was on time, was able to find and fix the problem after running some diagnostics. Explained what was happening and made the repair. Thank you
I was recommended to use Apple Air by a friend. Javier did the maintenance and he was amazing! The overall cleaning of the unit and explanation and thoroughness was top notch! We just used Apple Air Conditioning and heating to install 2 York units. The installation was done professional and the technicians were very knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. I am very happy with the level of service . I highly recommend them.
