I did an OS update from Apple, it damaged the hard drive and it will cost $200 for new drive, $100 to transfer data. Fuck Mac crap.
Walked in with a iPhone 7 that would not get out of restore, I sat for about 15 minutes when a rep came over. He took the phone in the back to try and resolve the problem and said it would be 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I came back, sat for about 5 minutes when someone came out and told me my phone couldn't be resolved BUT it was under warranty and because I had done no damage myself they handed me a new working phone. Great service, quick, and efficient. Very happy with my apple genius bar experience
Needs more stores in the Bay Area, not convenient for me when I can't stop in when I please to get what I want, I don't being told I have to come back 4 separate times or make an appointment in order to get a new phone. PUT MORE STORES UP IN MY LOCATION!!!!!!!!

Service was lackluster. They were running a hour behind - this is Apple, couldn't they email you to let you know?
Wait is way to long. Yes they have a lot of service tech's but with so many there waiting for service of some kind I would never buy Apple anything. They did replace my granddaughter camera. There were only 4 days left on her warranty.
