Before moving here please look up the crime in the area. These apartment are not some where you would want to live if you have children. There is gun activity and crime in these apartments. They don’t like to repair and the property manager truly don’t care about the tenants. Please do your homework before applying here
You know what would really be helpful to us Apartment Shoppers? It Would be helpful for them to actually post what the apartment really looks like as in present day. I'm tired of looking in the apartment books just to see a pic of when it was first built. I wish they would stop trying to fool us and just be truthful. And it doesn't help that they want you to pay so much for their rincky dink establishments. Do better Charleston SC!!! it's a beautiful city so start making it look like it
I agree! this is not a deceint place to live at all!!!! Im currently living here and the customer service sucks! the people at the office never answers the phone,they never call you back when you leave a message,and theyre NEVER in the office! the manager is VERY NASTY AND RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they give any and every one keys to your apartment,like the pest control man, and the carpet cleaners.......the apartment complex are inFested with bedbugs! and all they do is send someone out with some water down spray,I even he... read more
