We had to put our Expedition in for some work. John Decuir in the service dept was all over it. He worked with the warranty company and got the repairs approved quickly then they had the car ready before the agreed time! Great service

I made an appointment for my 2021 F-350 with Kelly from the service department, mm. Kelly was punctual on getting appointments made and following thru and displayed professionalism. She knew this was a rather expensive repair and showed compassion. The repair was expected to take up to 2 days but they were prompt with the appointment time and service was completed in the same day. I would also like to recognize Lindsey from the the rental.
