I love to pamper myself with Tara's wonderful facials. Appearances also has the most amazing beauty products. Tara also creates these wonderful baskets for my daughter at Christmas, her birthday, etc.

I’ve suffered with milia for a long long time; i went to several dermatologists and was told that there wasn’t much they could do for me except give me creams that burn my face, and didn’t change anything. Tara has completely changed my skin and my milia are nowhere near as bad as they used to be, and they’ve slowed down on coming back!
Who knew Vidalia/Lyons had this hidden TREASURE: “APPEARANCES” Tara does the most amazing facials and many others services for your skin. I’ve had treatments all over in our travels and I can confidently tell you she is the BEST!!! ! The atmosphere is heavenly, ... especially her soft, comfy, heated bed...sheer pleasure!� She offers products and services that is not typical for a small town.
