they need to watch how they speak to people.. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN....they are very rude and need to learn customer service...

I placed an order and was told they would put it on a rush order and have it to me in one week. I never heard anything and even left a message. One month later I finally get ahold of someone and they said they would call me back, which they didn't do. When I finally talked to someone again they said "oh yea you are the order we lost, sorry!" Not a very good way to do business and I won't be using them again.
