I had business to do in Ohio and I combined it with a trip to get a new trailer. First problem was the handle to the jack was too short and it would hit the frame every time I used it. They took care of that problem. Second problem was the jack failed. It started grinding and now I turn it at least 50 times an inch. I recently discovered that Appalachian Trailer does nothing for their customer after the purchase. I have a frame issue on a 3 car top deck. Contacted the company and told, "Too bad, so sad". I won't buy anything form this company again. I use to share good comments about my trailer with others, that ends as well. So disappointed.
