From the estimate, to the order process, to the garage door installation, the process went smoothly. Everyone from Yazi the sales consultant, to the estimator (Josh? I’m not sure) to the installation techs-were so polite and professional. Everything was explained in detail, all possible scenarios and solutions were discussed. We never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing them. I appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend this company!
Dealing with this company has been nothing but frustration. Appointments were scheduled multiple times, and each time they failed to show up. Every missed visit came with a new excuse—broken-down truck, missing parts, not having the correct part, or sending the wrong technician without the proper information. James arrived very quickly, assessed what our problem was- sensor- and installed a new one. Made sure the remotes worked, raised the door a bit higher on the track, and fixed the light. He was fast, efficient, professional & price was reasonable. Definitely recommend!!
