Good luck getting a call or kind service. Our door has faded after 4 years, and Wayne Dalton says to expect that. No for 3k the door should look new. The sales man is just that, sale it and done. Would never use this company again. We bought an insulated door, but there is daylight on both sides of the door, defeats the purpose. Will go with someone else.
I just found out that this company just opened another office in Young Harris which was very convenient for me living in Young Harris. They are friendly and know about anything about garage doors but what got my interest was their all aluminum under cover deck systems. It really makes under your deck look nice but allows you to have another area out of the weather. very impressed.
Great Co. We ordered a new garage door for our new garage and within a week it was installed and looks and works as promised. From the nice lady in the office to the installer everything was perfect.
Wow, what an amazing company. James came right away. He was professional and detailed. James fixed one of our garage doors in November 2021. We liked his honest and detailed work so much that we called him again today (April 2022) for repairing a different garage door. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend! It would be nice if he could take a credit card or Apple Pay for payment. Their invoicing system could use some updates.
