I had a difficult time choosing an inspector. First I looked on Yelp but the reviews vary so much I was kind of hesitant. I recently had Michael Moorehead inspect a home we are in the process of purchasing and as first time homebuyers, Michael was amazing! He was super knowledgeable and detailed! He found things that I didn't even think to look for or notice! At the inspection he walked me through everything he found & told how to fix or prevent issues!
