My experience was great. Dr. Apostolo is a caring surgeon who really listened. He diagnosed my problem with my knee. He and his staff are top notch.
Talented and professional. Informed me every step of the way and the results were as he described before surgery. Communication both before and after surgery were outstanding. Additionally, the office staff is second to none!!
From the exam room to operating room I had to wait. Myself and the surgical staff had to wait for the doctor to come in. At both of my follow up appointments I sat in the exam room waiting for Dr. Apostolo for over an hour. The second follow up I waited for two hours. He never asked if I had any pain or discomfort. He just manipulated my thumb and proceeded to record notes about a great improvement. Dr. Apostolo is experienced, skilled ,and knowledgeable, although not always the best communicator. He replaced my right shoulder and advised me on my left clavicle disunion (not mending). Sometime he's a little brusque and in a hurry but when I asked specific questions he always answered them throughly, making sure I understood everything. As to my left shoulder, he did not recommend surgery and spent time explaining why. I have a lot of confidence in him.
Quick diagnosis of a hand issue and immediate and successful treatment. Very personable as well. Five star experience.
Dr. Apostolo is a no nonsense healthcare professional who delivers what he promises. His years of experience enable him to competently evaluate your situation and then clearly and concisely explain your options to resolve your issue. His support staff is wonderful and they contribute to an all around pleasant office experience. I can heartily recommend him if you are suffering from Carpal Tunnel issues, he's the man to see!
He pretty much told me that I was overweight the hole visit, was not helpful at all, wasn't even taking me seriously. Attending to calls while my appointment was in sesame. Never felt so disrespected.
Dr. Apostolo is skilled and knowledgeable taking care of my shoulder and knee. The doctor and staff were very professional and helpful.
January 17, 2025, I had a terrible fall on Friday and when the ER recommended him to do the surgery, he seen me same day and scheduled surgery Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. Everything has been beautiful since. Healing is coming right along. I should still be wearing a cast, but here I am free from cast and a splint in less than 2 months. He did an amazing job.
