Took my Element in to get a recall fixed and got it back with my exhaust is broke when I got it back �� The service manager called and said they didn't do anything there, wouldn't go there ever again

My experience this time was a good one but everyone prior has been awful so hopefully this will set the bar for the rest of the dealing I have to have with them..
We have purchased (one is a lease) 2 Hondas from apostolakis and as much as I like the cars, I will NEVER do business there again! Their service dept is terrible and there is nothing worse than being called a liar only because they don't want to honor their own warranty!!!! Make the drive to boardman to save yourself the headache and money!!!!!
Went to walk on the lot to check out a car every car salesman watched me & never helped me so me my fiancee & father in law sat in the parking lot for 20 mins car salesman came out walked right past me never said a word even a lady named Brenda tried to get them to come out they walked past her as well all ima say is if the color of skin would stop them from making money that is bad bad business
