Conor and Ralph are the quintessential used car "salesmen". Skip it. Try Boardman Subaru or Taylor Kia (Kevin at Subaru or Luis at Taylor) instead. Trust the reviewers talking about ther crappy service department. It's no lie, thank goodness I have mechanics in the family. I have another car to buy soon for a new driver in the family. So much for looking at Civics here.
Zach and Gary were awesome! Went in not knowing what I wanted, Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful. REALLY quick process signing the paperwork with Gary- it took longer to talk to our insurance company. (Haha) He explained everything so I didn’t leave his office questioning anything. Very happy with my experience and my new vehicle. 😊
This place is a joke. Between not knowing their own cars, always some kind of problem when scheduling service, and BS “service” plans - avoid this place at all costs. Update 5/4: After speaking with managers their general way of fixing things is really just blaming their consumer for following the maintenance minder in the car, among other things. Continue to avoid. (Lisa T is pretty much the only person I have dealt with worth talking to at this place. Your best bet with issues is to deal through her.)

This place should be called Apostalakis Criminals. My 74 year old mother takes her car there for an oil change, $865 later she’s on her way. New brakes which were just changed 8 months ago, a new battery, a brake light and oil change. When I called to speak to the manager He was unavailable and a week later has yet to return my call. Please think before you take anything here to be worked on.
