I called Apollo today and spoke to Andy. They were easy to get a hold of and Andy was able to help us out same day. We are in the middle of a home purchase and were concerned with some foundation issues on our home. I sent Andy a few photos from our inspection and he was able to tell me over the phone his professional opinion same day. He was very fast, friendly, and honest.
