My wife and I are very disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality of the blinds, installation process, and customer service. We were misled and lied to about the progress and timing of installation. Phone calls and messages were not returned in a timely manner when and if returned. We received inconsistent and false information to our questions regarding the manufacturing of the blinds and how many times it was painted. WE PAID A FORTUNE TO INSTALL SHUTTERS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. YES, THEY MIGHT BE \$500-1000 CHEAPER BUT IVE LEARNED MY LESSON. LESS THAN A YEAR AND ONLY COUPLE MONTHS LATER, SHUTTERS ARE ALL BENT, EXTREMELY CHEAP QUALITY. THEY ONLY PAINT OVER TWICE!!! AND MANY CRACKS THROUGHOUT THE SHUTTERS WHERE THE PIN GOES THROUGH EACH PANEL. RIDICULOUS! I SHOULDVE NEVER GONE WITH THEM TO SAVE JUST A FEW BUCKS. Apollo Shutters rock!!!! Tan and his staff are very professional, punctual and so neat. His prices beat all the competition hands down and our shutters are simply gorgeous. We love our shutters . Tan has an unwavering attention to detail ,he measured 3 times on 3 different occasions, just to be sure some of our odd angles were done right. We would whole heartedly refer anyone to this company.
