I want to give a huge shout out to Guy Israel and Apollo Roofing for the amazing job replacing our custom roof. We aged out of our wood shake roof and ran into problems with insurance and a high-end French Tudor style house. Apollo Roofing did a fantastic job with our roofing project. Our manager Guy Israel came out during our first meeting and promptly gave his honest assessment for the condition of our 3-layer torch-down roof which was showing more wear than expected for a 13 year old roof. . For me there are three primary criteria for choosing a contractor: 1) a professional that knows the area in depth 2) he has to elicit trust . Guy projects integrity 3) he cares . Guy is diligent and cares - in addition to the hovering camera , Guy climbed the roof from our attic to determine the construction material so as to provide a solid estimate. Apollo gave us a good price. They kept to their schedule. Customer service was very good especially Daniel Dahan who was very responsive to our needs.
We needed a new roof. Apollo was very helpful in giving us a quote, providing us with several options and guiding us through the selection process. The installation process was also very smooth. Daniel is a great guy to communicate with. Everything was done on time. The installers were very professional. They fixed a few extra things without charging us. It was a pleasure with the Apollo team. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a roofing service.
