I've had the experience of working with home health care nursing. Now i'm working with another Nurse. The Nurses are the most understanding, caring, and pleasant people to depend on. When hurting, and all you have is doctors' instruction, it's nice to be able to call upon your nurse who treats you with respect and shows empathy for the struggle you go through to recovery. This includes the Head Nurses who come out and assesses the patient(s). God bless Apollo Home Health care Services.
This company did an excellent job with nursing and physical therapy services after my aunt’s broken hip. They always provided a time range for their appointments, took vitals and were very kind, positive and patient with her.
CAUTION!!!!!There is a reason this company only has a 2.7rating!!!I only gave 1 star because ZERO wasn't an option!!! These are the absolute,most unprofessional, and highly incompetent "home health professionals" I have EVER dealt with.My daughter almost died and spent 3 months in the hospital requiring intensive wound care therapy 3 days a week.Not only did it take over a week just to get a response from them regarding when someone would be out.Finally a nurse showed up ..no warning given...just randomly shows up, NO PHONE ... read more
I must say that the PT for this home care was very effective Kyle and Grace went over and beyond and because of this my mom is doing so much better. The nursing team was great with extra help in contacting doctors office for information as well as referrals. I was very pleased with the home care. I have read some of the other reviews and I'm sorry, I guess we got lucky.
Hi. I had excellent care with Apollo home health. After coming home from the hospital and rehab for heart failure, the Physical therapist, Supervisor Kyle and the therapist who worked with me “Becky” were exceptional. Friendly and patient with me, as I started with baby steps and ended with walking outside with the 4 wheel rolling walker. I appreciated them so much.
