I would give this home health company zero stars, but unfortunately, that is not an option. I have probably called them around 10 times, and even talked to their Clinical Case Manager, who told me she would update me, and I never heard back. They received my mother-in-law's orders on 10-18 when she was discharged, but didn't process them until 10-20 when I demanded it. I got a call today, on 10-21, that Physical Therapy would be out on 10-27, which is almost 10 days after discharge. I will also be contacting the state.
THE WORST. Had a referral for care for a homebound family member. Needed blood and urine tests, and on their first visit they collected a urine sample that they never tested for some unknown reason, and then they lost it. After 2.5 MONTHS of run around trying to reschedule another collection, and a dozen calls trying to sort it all out, with a response of "sorry to hear that, someone will call you back ASAP" EVERY WEEK--I had to request a new provider from our physician (we were then referred to SEQUOIA--I recommend you use ... read more

Kiran is absolutely amazing...She felt like family just full of love and very comfortable at doing her job ..We absolutely adore her .. Definitely a great employee at Apollo health care..So far this has been the home care I have preferred..She was on time and kept in touch with me to let me know when she would be here.. Always showing love for my daughter who is non verbal..That to me is all about what a great nurse we have...Wouldn't want anyone else...Five stars..
This is a extremely unprofessional home health care company the nurse that came to my house to draw labs and change the dressings on my foot and pick line not only came into my house and did not bring all of the supplies needed to do her job inside with her but had to go back outside to get supplies not once but twice to get them after unwrapping my wound and did not listen to me when I was telling her that a nurse was at my house on Friday and drew blood for labs and drew blood again then after talking to there office and d... read more
