Jeff, Jason and Mikey have all helped us at our resort and they have all been great to deal with. Jeff came after hours to solve an urgent issue a few days ago and Mikey came today to help with a mystery that my team was having a tough time figuring out.

I had an extremely tricky electric issue and needed and expert electrician. I asked the office for someone with 20+ years of experience. When jeff arrived we went over all of the steps i took to diagnose & correct the problem. Jeff tested the wires for continuity and determined that the problem must be at one of my electrical panels. From his previous experience with KW electrical panels, Jeff tugged on each wire in the panel to ensure that it was tight under the lug. I would have never thought of that.
