I had a very disappointing experience with Apollo Dental at Markham and Eglinton. I had booked an appointment for 4 PM yesterday, but due to a personal reason, I couldn’t make it. I called the clinic an hour before to cancel and reschedule, but the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Without even letting me explain, she demanded $150 as a cancellation fee and kept forcing me to pay. My experience was amazing, they have direct billing for some students in case of emergencies. The receptionist, assistants and doctors were spectacular and did everything effectively. I told the doctor I didn’t like needles and she made me feel the most comfortable. Thank you Apollo Dental team 💗💗

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Khatri and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Before the procedure, Ayda explained everything very nicely in the beginning. I experienced almost no pain and healed faster than I expected. The office staff were welcoming especially Shanaz. I truly felt cared for at every step.
