These guys are the absolute BEST in the city!!They repaired things that we couldn't even see, because they are the only company (and we had 3 estimates) that used a drone to capture the damage. Shark and his crew did WAY more than even INKs or the other 2 companies that came out to look, and were less expensive than any of them! My house is small but the roof is complex. I needed a new roof decking (dry rot), shingles (20+ years old), gutters (too small), flashing, boots around the vents, ridge vents (didn't have any), and ice/snow guard. The job took 2 days. The guys worked fast but were methodical. They were also very polite. They cleaned the site in-between days. When I walked out the first evening after they'd left, I couldn't tell they'd been there. I want to give Apolinar Roofing a 10 rating for repairing my roof and Shark giving me an excellent price. Their crew went above and beyond the excellent work they did. Very professional workers. I have given their number to a few of my friends and family. You will not get a better price.
They left parts of the roof unfinished and never came back to complete the job, even after I had already paid in full. Total scam.
The noise, the mess, and the lack of professionalism were unbelievable. If you value your home, avoid this company at all costs.
