Recently I had issues with my new AC unit of about 2 months old from installation but the customer service team quickly resolved my issue . A technician was sent immediately & took care of the problem & serviced the unit as needed . It all work normal again ! Thank you

They were very prompt, very nice repairmen. Explained all. Very comfortable with the work they did. AC running beautifully now.
HONEST AND PERSISTENT Service! The issue at our condo turned out to not be a simple and obvious one. It took 3 visits to finally have the source of the issue identified. I feel that every visit was a sincere attempt to solve an intermittent issue. Each time they were patient, honest and sincere. In a world of contractors that can be worrisome, I have no issue in highly recommending Apogee and they most certainly be my go-to for all future needs.
