horrible customer service...been emailing and leaving voicemails for over a month and no response!
I use the product (Winx) and love it. I sleep well and feel so much better when I wake up. And, without a mask, Winx is so much more comfortable than CPAP.
I have tried to reach out to apnicure to update my payment info, order supplies, and request techical help every day for the last two weeks. I've sent emails, called every number provided with the only option to leave a message. I've never been able to contact an actual person. When logging into my account, it will not let me in, stating they are out of supplies. I'm on the hook for a $1800 device I cannot use due to their lack of response. My WINX system failed to power on almost 2 weeks ago. I have called & emailed every single day since then. Agents are always busy & I never get a call or email back. I canceled the card I was using to make payments in hopes to finally get someone to call me. Seems like the company may have gone under... I wonder if we will get any of our money back? No customer service is a huge no-no for a medical company. Sad part is, the WINX worked great for me until it died (has a warranty, but can't get a hold of anyone)
not sure if they are still operating - I've called and emailed for weeks and received no response. Super bummed as my sleep expert at Stanford recommended a Winx machine and it a deaded at this point.
