Loved my experience in the APM Monaco boutique in Bellevue! Awesome staff and the product is beautiful!
Me and my family love shopping at APM Monaco, but today we had a disappointing experience. The sales associate didn’t seem willing to help us browse. Usually, when we’re unsure what style to choose, staff will bring out a few trays for us to look through. However, today she just said, “Tell me what you want and I’ll take it out.” The problem is, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, and I also know there are often designs inside the trays that aren’t displayed.
Desiree was incredibly kind and attentive. She helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry, patiently answered all my questions, and suggested options that matched my style perfectly. The whole shopping experience was so pleasant — thank you for such amazing service!
