I do not recommend A Plus Care. Please think carefully before placing your loved one here. Our experience—though less than six months—was extremely disappointing and, at times, distressing. On the very first night, after helping my son settle in, I was suddenly told there would be an immediate “blackout” period where I could not visit him. This had never been disclosed beforehand. This place is horrendous at least when it comes to their transportation team. The most unprofessional, loud mouthed, screaming at people, talking like characters straight out of the boondocks TV show, peeling out of there like Tokyo drift set of people I've ever seen in my life
