RecommendedBooking my appointment was quick and the staff was friendly. I was nervous about having my IUD removed, the NP was understanding and talked me through the procedure. I would recommend Aplus.

I am a patient.. usually it is ok.. I was there Yesterday was prescribed the Tamiflu because I am developing the FLU. No pharmacy had it available so I had to call back to have them call it in to Walmart, after a front desk person so called helped .. really didn't.. finally got to a nurse who assured me it would be called in by end of the day. Ended up transferring to a new doctor at 30 weeks pregnant. Tried to stick it out because nurses and Beth are great but just had too many issues with the front desk. Over the phone and in person just a complete nightmare as far as scheduling and other basic clerical things a front desk employee should be more competent with. One time I was even connected to another patient on the phone instead of put on hold- yikes.
Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for an appointment I made 2 weeks ago. Watched everyone else get called to the back even people who literally just walked in. Asked the front desk how much longer after an hour of waiting, they told me it wouldn’t be too much longer. Waited another 45 minutes and finally called another doctor and filled out a change of physician form then left because that is absolutely ridiculous to make someone wait almost two hours when they were 10 minutes early for their appointment made 2 weeks prior... read more
