This place is a train wreck and needs to be shut down. I recieved horrible prenatal care here for 17 weeks before I finally switched OBs.
The people here are very incompetent. They need to fire everyone. They are very unorganized. This office will give you tremendous stress. The data manager told me they will only determine the gender by blood test. Another doctor told me this wasn't true.They do not care about you. Trust.
I DO NOT recommend A Plus Family Care if you’re expecting. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy and I’m now 38 weeks pregnant. I’ve gotten to the point of where I dread coming to each appointment and just want my baby here so I can’t stop coming. The service is just getting worse and worse each visit. I was recommended Aplus by a family friend when I first found out I was expecting and since I’ve been attending this doctors office and I’ve noticed they are very messy and unorganized none of the nurses are on the same page when it comes to what needs to be done to make sure the patient is well taken care of and that the patients needs are fulfilled ! , I recently took the genetics test and which also determines your baby’s gender I was told that it takes a week to get the results back and here it is almost 3 weeks out not ... read more
Billing should answer their calls. I've attempted to reach someone since January 2020 for a service done in December 2019, I have not received any calls back, e-mails, and I received the 'Final Notice' in the mail this week, I've already paid this balance but no one has reached out.
RecommendedEveryone here is very friendly and makes sure you feel welcomed! Even with all of the commotion going on they still were nice enough to let dad be there with me for the anatomy scan!! 😬

I was recommended to this clinic for prenatal care and it had been a wonderful experience! From the front desk service all the way up to the doctors! Heather is wonderful always pleasant and friendly and extremely helpful to all my needs! And cleanliness is big for me!! Not once have I walked into this clinic and turned my nose up at anything!! I love it there!! 33 weeks down 6 more to go!
