Extraordinary dining experience. Great cocktails, superb service, very nice wine list, and creative, wonderfully delicious food.
The food was great! The drinks and presentation of the food dishes were beautifully done! My only critique would be it was a little salty not to the point that I could not eat it though ;). I ate everything :D!

We finally made it to Apis, we're new in town. It was delicious, Peter got the Prefix, it was delightful. I got the venison rage, loved it. Chelsea made us cocktails, and they were spit on. The breads were yeasty and flavorful. Thank you
