Another amazing meal at Apis restaurant, this time with my family for my birthday. My folks, who have eaten amazing meals around the world commented (in their British accent) “We must come here every time we visit, every course was a delight, and we cannot believe a place like this exists in Texas, let alone down the road front Briarcliff”. Awesome find! Outstanding flavorful food and the pre fix menu is a great value. Exceptional service, reservations recommended. Also, the brioche egg toast is a must order.
We had a wonderful dinner at Apis last night. The service was impeccable and every dish was delicious. Layers of flavors... seriously moan-worthy food. Love the understated and clever nod to the bees especially the light fixture in the entry.
