The property manager, Tyrell, is very responsive and accommodating to his tenants. All of my questions and needs have been addressed promptly. Move-in went super smoothly and the place has been great so far!
I was disappointed in my experience. My roommate and I lived at The Arch Luxury Apartments for a year. October 2022, a leaking hole developed in the ceiling. May 2023 that hole is still there and still leaking, with minimal attempts from maintenance to fix the leak (they patched it once initially but it immediately leaked again with rainfall because the roof was never patched). After countless emails, maintenance requests, and even reaching out to corporate, no remediation had been made to fix or make this situation better. ... read more
