Dude came by my house with some fictitious program that he wouldn't give any details about. He actually tried to get pretty aggressive with me over it. I think their current 2.3 rating says what you need to know.

This company did a complete remodel of my house after the hurricane, all work is supposed to have a warranty. Originally they probably would have gotten 4 stars from me but over the last year things have already started to fall apart. Tom was slow to get things fixed, but he would eventually get most things done. We still had a list of things needing to be repaired when he passed away, his brother Chris who owns the company said that he was coming down to finish everything but did not show and now will not answer any calls o... read more

I used these guys for a roof repair after the hurricane. You have to call or text multiple times to get a response if you have any questions or concerns. Additionally, I have structural damage, sunken trusses, etc -- and they just roofed over it and said that the big dip in the roof was normal.... On top of that, they did not finish the chimney like the said they would. I had to call back several times and pay extra to get them to come add the panels on the chimney. We were trying to get our roof replaced after a storm and were waiting for our Solar Panel company to come take the panels off so Apex could replace our roof. Apex took it upon themselves to remove our solar panels themselves, improperly stored the panels in our backyard which led to a couple panels being damaged. Which also led to them essentially voiding our warranty with the Solar Panel company and they refuse to put the panels back up or pay for damages THEY CAUSED due to their unprofessional handling of this whole proje... read more
