Absolutely horrific and unprofessional. Never ever send maintenance and will rent you an apartment with structural damage and broken appliances without the slightest attempt at fixing them.
Horrible customer service. Unskilled and difficult…inexperienced and unprofessional.
I don’t typically leave reviews for anything, but I feel the need to share with others who are potentially interested in renting from this company. I know that this is a rather large company and they will continue to get customers, and they won’t be bothered by a negative review. With that being said, my husband and I rented an apartment from this company and had a poor experience. Absolutely terrible. They will have 30 open apartments in a complex and be offering 2 months free rent for newcomers because they’re desperate but raise the rent for anyone who actually chooses to renew their lease which is why everyone leaves. Also just had terrible experiences with customer service/communication and more. They are not flexible whatsoever with anything.
Avoid this management company at all costs. They will rip you off and give you an awful apartment with broken applicances. Complaints and concerns are always ignored. People in the office are always 'too busy' to answer the phone, but apparently they have time to email back and forth?? Maintenance takes months to respond but so an awful job of repairing.
