If you're experience with Apex Property Management was good then I'm happy for you. I had a bad experience with Apex Property Management. They ask for way too much information, very private information that renters typically don't need to share and apparently if you have a credit score of nearly 750 and income $80-$100k/yr it's not good enough especially if you had a bankruptcy 11yrs ago because you were on your death bed. Phenomenal experience with Apex! I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on a property management company and can say hands down Apex delivers the best product and experience. Will never go anywhere else.

My wife and I recently moved into an Apex property and the experience has been good. The staff is responsive, and all maintenance concerns we have brought up have been promptly dealt with.
