Apex property management is by far the best property management group in the treasure valley. They were professional, timely and efficient. They always answered my calls and or returned my calls immediately and always satisfied and addressed my concerns at hand. I highly recommend Apex for all your property management needs!
I’ve never given a bad review, and ideally I wouldn’t for a locally owned company, but I had an awful experience. Many of my concerns have been addressed privately, so I won’t air those out here (Yudice was nice though). My biggest issue was in the last month of my lease when my water heater suddenly broke and it took 6 days without hot water before it was repaired. It wasn’t until it was repaired I learned there was also a leak in a pipe in the roof and I had been living with mold in the attic. I had lived in my prior renta... read more
Great company! Very helpful and so much better than Home River
We currently rent from Apex, the move in process was easy and the team communicates well through the whole process to make sure you are happy and understand what is going on. Any maintenance needs or problems are handled very quickly and communication through the whole process is top notch! This is a management company that cares about their renters and makes the renting process stress-free. Two thumbs up!
