I’ve applied on 1/5 and spoke with Kitima. Communication is very poor. She told me she would give me a response same day and it took 3 days to hear back only because I gave HER a call. I have been unable to get in contact with her numerous times and no one answers the “corporate” number. She was quick to deny the application and I have followed up with her but after sending emails and text messages there was no response and I still have not heard back. I am in property management myself and this has truly been a poor experie... read more
