I have rented from them for 16 years, two different houses. They are absolutely great, always show up for maintenance issues and Katima is the bomb. I highly recommend them.
I have rented through apex property management for over 10 yrs. They are great! The people are awesome, very responsive. There was even a couple times I was late with my rent and as long as you talk to them, they try to work with you. Katima has been a great help, especially when my ex left me with no money and no job. Want a great property management company to rent from, look no further.
