Great people always had timely repairs and were amazing and easy to work with!
I rented with apex a while back. Today I relived some of the hell APEX put me through. I had over 10 building code violations. I needed them to be fixed as it was harmful to my health. Rather than fixing the code violations I was taken to court. After I won in the Madison they challenged the decision and made me attend a second hearing. My health suffered and I had to go to court twice because this company was seriously that cheap. Do yourself and your health a favor and don’t support this business.
Apex? More like bottom of the barrel. Technician called to reschedule, never showed up during agreed time. No call no nothing.
