My wife and I just moved out of Apex today. We moved in a few months after it opened and we saw it grow from a few residents into a full parking lot in the short span of 6 months! Clarence and the team are great and Brian answers maintenance requests ASAP! Communication with the team is very strong and they answer any questions with no issue. The building is beautiful and they have a lot to offer! We are definitely going to miss Apex but we are glad that we lived there! We highly recommend Apex Newbury to anyone!
If you like your landlord entering your apartment without notice, maintenance not responding to maintenance requests, being required to sign a blank move in condition form before seeing your apartment then I highly recommend this place.
