Good luck getting someone on the phone. I have called multiple times this week at different times of the day and still can’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve left 2 voicemails with no call back. This isn’t the first time this has happened. My first time needing their help, it was almost impossible to get someone on the phone and when I did reach someone, they promised to email me a form I needed and never did. They only get the extra star for being helpful when I went into the office in person.
Just be aware that the office of Apex Management has archaic policies. If you need to purchase gate entrance sticker for your community they will not accept cash nor will they consider a credit card. Obviously they are more concerned with making things easier and convenient for themselves than they are for the clients they serve.
Sandie Lingenfelter was extremely helpful and answered all my questions clearly. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was very professional throughout. I truly appreciate her support. It makes such a difference when someone takes the time to listen. Thank you again!
