Pat came highly recommended by our realtor and the work shows. He was early to the appointment, a wealth of information without being condescending, and overall very pleasant to chat with. He gave us the confidence we needed to negotiate a punch list for the builder of our new construction home. Can't recommend highly enough!

Patrick Borkowski with Apex Inspection is great. He was early and was ready to go once I arrived. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. Each thing good or bad was explained prior to moving to the next room. He is very personable and even catered to my dad’s observations/jokes. At the end he broke everything down with realistic explanations/solutions. I highly recommend using Patrick Borkowski with Apex Inspections.
Pat inspected our future home today, and we couldn’t have picked a better person for the job! Pat has now done two home inspections for me. He is very professional and responsive. He knows Philly homes very well and is able to diagnose problems and explain them in easy terms. He outlines costs needed for immediate repairs in the inspection report. In addition, he also lists if any system is beyond the life expectancy so you can estimate new upcoming costs along with the immediate need. I will definitely use him again! Thanks Pat.
