Came to my house within hours of my call on time. Had the part they needed (which was covered under my manufacturer warranty). Installed the part in a timely fashion. Charged me what i think was a very fair and reasonable price. Guys knew what they were doing and great to do business with. Trustworthy and reliable.
All I can say is RUN!!! Their person who answers the phone, Sandy, is the rudest person in the valley. Then likes to bring up Jesus so if you know you know these types. Over charged for the WRONG part and just flat out horrible to deal with BEWARE!!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! We have been in our house for one month. We also had a garage and upstairs unit installed. The unit isn’t working and we need the garage unit fixed to keep the upstairs cool. Brad told my husband he’s been working his a$$ off trying to get people who don’t have air fixed. Well that’s fine and all but our unit is under warranty and new and we need our upstairs cooled. So all the $$$ we paid for a warranty is basically void. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. People like this should just say wh... read more
We have used Apex for over 10 years and will continue to do so. They are honest, show up on time and give suggestions on how to save money. Sandy and get boys take care of us I highly recommend them. Trust worthy!
Apex is a lifesaver. Sandy is pure gold! When my A/C was out for a month and my home warranty gave me the run around, I found Apex by mistake. My home warranty erroneously assigned them. When the actual AC company my home warranty assigned still failed to fix things, I turned to Apex. The tech Daniel was so professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable.
