DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! We have been in our house for one month. We also had a garage and upstairs unit installed. The unit isn’t working and we need the garage unit fixed to keep the upstairs cool. Brad told my husband he’s been working his a$$ off trying to get people who don’t have air fixed. Well that’s fine and all but our unit is under warranty and new and we need our upstairs cooled. So all the $$$ we paid for a warranty is basically void. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. People like this should just say wh... read more

Apex is a lifesaver. Sandy is pure gold! When my A/C was out for a month and my home warranty gave me the run around, I found Apex by mistake. My home warranty erroneously assigned them. When the actual AC company my home warranty assigned still failed to fix things, I turned to Apex. The tech Daniel was so professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. Did not have the the equipment to do the job and they charge way to much. Overlooked the problem entirely. Called another company and they were able to resolve the problem
We had this company install two units in our new home. Reason being a warranty of 10 year on parts and 1st year labor was offered with the purchase of the Carrier units. We are now within days of the warranty expiring(according to our contract) and the system requires the inner coil to be replaced. Stacy at Apex is telling us " they made the mistake of putting a 10 year warranty on a unit that only had a 5 year warranty, and we do not have a valid warranty in place.
