Dr. Luke is knowledgeable and kind and truly cares about his patients. When I told him my contacts felt a bit loose, he reexamined my eyes and gave me new contacts to try. That’s what being a professional and empathetic doctor is about.
Dr Luke Esekhigbe is an absolute lifesaver. On a Saturday I got one of my scleral rigid gas permeable lenses stuck in my eye. Anyone with keratoconus can relate that this is a nightmare. I tried for a while to get it out myself but all that happened is by 5:00 p.m. it was still in there and all other optometrists, even though they were open, said either the doctor had already left or they weren't even answering their phones. Another money hungry company. * Overcharges for glasses* *Realizes people find a way to order online* * Charges for the information needed to be able to order glasses online* They refused to give PD Without a $15 charge. Go somewhere else for your eye care.
Snellville Location Review: The receiptionist who checked us in, took our ID and insurance information was great. The Dr. who did our exam was awesome. Where this company fails MISERABLY is with the person who is supposed to assist you after you've made your selection for your glasses. The first thing I asked this woman (Cannis is her name I believe) was can I get sunglasses with regular lenses, and just make them transition? Please visit this office! Dr.Luke was amazing. He answered questions, explained everything in good detail and had great efficient service. The office was clean and the front staff were also very kind. Thank you, I appreciate the service and look forward to using them each time.
