Dr Luke is amazing, kind and patient. He takes his time to answer your questions, he gives suggestions without trying to pressure you but for understanding. I really appreciate his service. I would highly recommend him as your optometrist

My first experience there was okay. The doctor is GREAT. He is very patient, and will answer any questions you have without rushing, or judgement. Most of the women working in the office are pleasant enough. However, there have been a few things that have caused me to decide never to go back. This eye care center exceeds our expectations for customer service. If you can’t “see” for yourself I suggest you make an appointment immediately. My son broke his brand new pair of glasses not even a week after receiving them. Totally distraught, I took them in to see if they could be repaired! Stephanie was not only happy to help she fixed them and I didn’t even have to leave the store! She even included care cloth for him to keep them nice and clean. On Thursday morning I broke my glasses and the staff at Apex got me in for an exam that same afternoon. They were extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them for your eye care.
