It was the first time I've been nervous seeing a dentist because I was referred for a root canal. Dr Jack took his time explaining my x-ray and describing my options clearly so that I totally understood it was my decision. We decided to put off the root canal because I may lose the tooth altogether. He could have easily have just performed the root canal and I wouldn't have known that there were other options. Dr. Corr is at the top of his class!. I have never experienced such quality care as I have with APEX Endodontics. My particular case was unusual from the perspective that I had ongoing tooth pain after a root canal. In addition the tooth in front of 'the troubled child' started to hurt as well. I honestly believe that any other endodontist would have pulled the tooth and/or performed more root canals. Dr. Corr exhibited competence, patience, and tenacity to resolve my case. Be careful, the office staff did not listen to the request to completely put my husband out for the procedure (or explain they did not have the ability) even though they ensured me they do this everyday and not to worry. My husband was given laughing gas and numbed but he jumped up in pain in the middle of the procedure and the doctor told him he wouldn't be able to continue. I called the doctor to try to understand why the office staff did not communicate with the doctor about my husbands situation. The doctor was condescen... read more
