Dr. Budig and his entire staff were exceptional. I had called several other Endodontists, some of which would not see me due to being pregnant. Dr. Budig did not hesitate to get me in right away and took wonderful care of me during the entire process, and I did not feel any pain!! Being in the dental field myself I would highly recommend and refer to Apex Endodontics.
I was having severe anxiety when I went to have my root canal done. Everyone was so nice to me. I was greated with a smile by two lovely ladies behind the counter. Alana who took me back and preped me before the root canal understood immediately that I was very anxious. She offered me a blanket. She assured me everything would go fine. The Dentist came in and once again I was told exactly what was going to happen. He promised 2 pinches as he would go in to numb the area and then I'd feel nothing. Thank you Dr. Chris Budig and your amazing team for taking such great care of me. You bring all new meaning to root canals. Thank you for making an otherwise not-so-fun process so comforting. When they say no pain, they mean it! I was absolutely terrified and they helped me through it. I felt nothing!
My 12 year old daughter had to have a root canal today & was terrified! The minute she got in that chair & Dr. Budig came in, he immediately addressed her as the patient (which I loved) and put her mind/nerves at ease! The assistant was great too! They gave her a blanket & head phones & did everything they could to make her comfortable. She said it was pain free! Dr. Budig even called to check on her tonight! I seriously can't say enough about how impressed I was! If you have to have this done, this is the place! Thank you!
