New manager is amazing.
EDITED: The management company changed and since then the have been 3 separate managers put here. The new manager is rude, abrasive, and flatly combative. We still haven't had pest control once. My cats have killed so many mice here because of it. No only this but if you try to speak to the management here they yell at you and mock you while speaking. I had no patience for this. It should be zero stars. How do you request rent when there's electrical issues causing your tenants bill to be over $1000+ and they haven't lived there a month? How do you tell your tenants we can't fix the problem but you can break your lease before we report you to the credit bureaus? How do your incompetence as a leasing manager cause a fire and you except your tenants to pay rent when they didn't have a place to stay, never thought to even see how they're doing. Broken windows not fixed. Complete disaster. AC done by small window units.
