We constantly have to call the police about the drug addicts running around and trying to break into our cars. We are constantly putting in maintenance tickets that go unresolved. The grass is never cut. The mailboxes don't lock. There's only one working washer in the laundry room. I've put in a maintenance ticket for this and it just gets cancelled. We pay for pest control and it is never addressed. There are roaches, dozens of stray cats, and garbage everywhere. We pay our rent, we keep to ourselves. There is so much noise... read more
Maria is great love her attitude and honesty been here for about 2 months had a few run in I let Maria know I put in a work order she makes sure the problem get resolved and Wille is fabulous never meet a person like Wille that put all his joy in helping ppl my air was out and Wille made sure my air was working he let me know what was going on and what needed to be done he got me back rolling and I truly appreciate that
I toured a 2 bedroom with Marie on Saturday 8th. Her energy was great the whole tour she had a great personality. I am definitely going to be putting in an application.
