RecommendedI bank with the Jasper branch and I am so impressed with their service to their customers. The lines were ridiculous but I had to wait. I noticed the lines getting smaller and going by much faster. I get closer to the window and see employees greeting us and asking how they could help. They turned a 1 hour + wait into 12 minutes. So impressed and thankful for this upstanding service and devotion.
Absolute worst bank. Stops my card every time I want to use it. Even at my regular places then tell me it's for my safety. Idiots.
I’ve been a customer since 2012 and I can’t begin to say how much better this is compared to a corporate bank. I had worked for both Wells and PNC and those people constantly dig through customers transactions to sell them new products or worry them to death about it. That doesn’t happen at APCO. Even though I no longer live in Alabama, I can still use them through shared branch at my other credit union. Tellers and managers have always been respectful and won’t force unwanted things on you.

been a member since I began working in early 70's. first experience with Mrs Reid at five points south. never had a bad experience and the personell always call me by name. great rates and very easy access
I dont recommand them for a loan. The people that you deal with when you get in a bind on a loan will lie to you. Tell you that they will call you back with option but yet doesnt. Instead they send it over for collection. Dont get a loan with this place. They like to lie and not work with you.
I had the worse experience since opening account 25+ Years ago. You never tell a member "I guess you are just going to have to ho somewhere else to get it done". All I wanted to do was cash a check from my company that I own. This new management needs to learn customers service.
You guys are great! However, your app and browser ledger is missing something that my old (small) bank had... pending transactions. Also, listing AL Power offices on your credit union app is a bit misleading. If I'm using the locations tab in the app I'm trying to find where I can deposit or withdraw funds. Instead of listing AL Power offices, list the other credit unions that are partnered with you (along with APCO branches)
