***MUST READ*** For weeks I have been wanting to get questions on billing and get someone to talk too. Due to the Manager of my storage unit in Memphis had resigned. Finally I just reached out to ANY Mini Mall location......well Cassie B answered the phone at the Covington, Tn store on 4701 Mueller Brass Rd. She listened, asked a couple of questions and GOT BUSY!! I swear by her customer service and dedication to help a customer. RARE these days. At 65 on Social Sec., her service I have not seen since 1975.
Cassie at the front desk, has been extremely helpful. She is very patient and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and was anxious to help me. In a world where good help can sometimes be hard to find, she is a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend checking out Mini Mall Storage if you need storage space.
