Yes I agree the office in Laredo nomas no...... Sonia the "supervisor" never bothered to call back after several messages I call from my cell phn.....no answer.... I call from another phone....guess what....she answered... I asked her why she didn't answer from my phone n she stayed speechless..... Getto I swear.....
No one is ever available yet they say give us a call back yea I’ve been calling for 6 days now oh I also worked without pay for 2 weeks did they inform me of course not my patient should have been on top of there Medicare but my patient is 93 I mean u say u care for the patients yea not really
The people in the Laredo office let a worker work for over a month without contact to client or employee even though hours were finished. On top of that they never even bothered getting in contact with me after several weeks of constant calling just trying to figure out what was happening with my paychecks . It wasn’t until I personally contacted the client and informed them of the run around apc was doing to me. This place I don’t recommend they’re very selfish and don’t care about there employees on these holidays not even a happy thanksgiving card for client or employees like others agency’s do
