Accused multiple times of smoking weed when it was actually the upstairs neighbors. Greg was rude to the delivery people who were looking up my washer and dryer. Multiple eviction notices for things upstairs tenants were doing. I wasn't a perfect tenant but always paid. Greg also tried to tell us we couldn't have visitors at all during covid.
I have been here for almost 2 years now and Greg is a great landlord. He addresses issues efficiently and is always looking out for his tenants. I recommend his properties often.
